Biografía

Dario Sandoval, born 1993 in Guadalajara, Mexico, His main focus is oil painting, but he does not close to various techniques, including engraving, sculpture and conceptual art, his painting is abstract. with figurative finishes, combining mixtures of his experiences, with traditional Mexican art and folklore, among his influences are Rufino Tamayo, Wilfredo Lam, Paul Klee and Picasso, but he is also a great admirer of local and regional art as well as pre-columbian art. Raised among artists, Living under the theater world and scenic arts with his parents, Dario grew up watching plays, costumes and scenery, which would serve as inspiration for painting. He currently resides in Guadalajara, Jalisco and works in his house located in a coniferous forest where he finds harmony to work intensely, and direct contact with nature, landscapes and forms. Dario has exhibited in various galleries in Mexico, and his work is in private collections in Germany, the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Spain and Italy.
